It's been a while since I've experienced such great service at a fast food restaurant; the staff was extremely prompt, friendly, and accommodating. We stopped by before a hockey game and the place was full, however the service was extremely efficient to serve everybody in a more-than-reasonable time frame. We were lucky to get a dine-in spot however during the very-busy pre-hockey game rush, but there is plenty of dine-in space for "normal" (uneventful) times. Regardless, I would make this a go-to place for pre-event dinners whether it's a hockey game, concert, etc at the nearby Center. The food was as expected if not slightly better - I would recommend the standard BBQ platter (photo attached). The selection of sides had plenty of variety as well.
The service is impeccable as always and don’t even get me started on the bol rouge, I recommend the bbq chicken with its slightly sweet flavour, it’s the best!! ANYWAYS POULET ROUGE SLAYSSSS
The mood in here is always great with groups of people chatting and laughing, the location is amazing with tons of outdoor seating outside and a nice plaza surrounded by other businesses, the staff were extremely kind and the price was astoundingly low for the quality and quantity of the food. Having tried the Poutine Bowl with Garlic Shisha Chicken and BBQ Chicken, I could say this is one of the best fast food restaurants in Laval amd the customizability is great too. Would definitely recommend.
Customized "poke bowl" but only chicken. 4 flavors available for the chicken, 4 bases for main dish and close to 20 different options for your toppings. Its great as a post gym meal. Loved it !
Great experience! Very efficient and friendly service. The chicken is delicious. I had the bbq, but I’m told the other flavours rock. The choices for the bowl are nutritious and fresh. Most importantly, everything was super clean. Very nice terrace in the Espace Montmorency. Many lovely young people milling about.
This is the first time I have tried this restaurant. I told the cashier I had no clue how the restaurant worked. She was really nice and really patient with me even though there was a rush of people. I tried the Red Bowl with one flavor of chicken. I tried the Shisha Garlic with all the fixings, and I don't regret it. It was delicious! From the cashier to the cooks, they were all nice and courteous.
This place is conveniently located near Place Bell, making it a highly recommended stop if you're attending a concert or event there. Although I was initially put off by the large crowd and how busy it was, the wait was well worth it once I tasted the food. Given the number of people that frequent this spot, the indoor space feels a bit cramped, but there is a large outdoor patio nestled between newer buildings, providing a quiet atmosphere. The food, a delightful combination of rice, chicken, and various add-ons, was truly mind-blowing. I loved every bite and know this place will be a favorite of mine. Despite our limited French and being non-native English speakers, the staff were incredibly patient. I also appreciated the help from other patrons who translated and guided us through the process of ordering.
I've eaten at every poulet rouge in Montreal and Laval, and this one is by far the best. Fantastic customer service, and the manager is incredibly friendly, respectful, and welcoming. There are many selections to pick from, and the cuisine is quite tasty and healthful. I would strongly recommend.
